Returns & Shipping
We ship out orders once or twice a week, from a rural area. Thus, time estimates at checkout may not be 100% accurate. If you choose Xpress or Priority shipping we will try to get it out in the mail the next day. We are a small non-corporate operation.
CHRISTMAS SHIPPING DEADLINES:
Not guaranteed, this is an estimate. The earlier you order, the better.
This is for regular shipping methods. You have the option of choosing express shipping after these dates, however some items in Set 2 are not guaranteed to arrive in time, as they are made to order.
SET 1:
Paper Prints + Woven Blankets + Tapestries + Hats + Note Cards + Stickers + Magnets + Rolling Trays: Domestic (USA/CAN) :: Deadline is Dec. 14 | International Dec. 14 (Though you must choose air mail + tracking option for International if ordering by Dec. 14.)
SET 2:
Clothing + Backpacks + Sherpa Blankets: Domestic (USA/CAN) :: Deadline Dec. 10 | International - Dec. 5
Set 3:
Canvas Prints: Domestic & International - Dec. 14 (in stock) Dec. 5 (custom). Some canvas prints are not in my inventory and need to be custom printed. You will be notified within 24hrs of your order if it is out of stock and needs to be custom printed, which will take longer. Send a contact request if you have a question before you order or make a note during checkout.

REGULAR SHIPPING OPTIONS
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (outside of Canada or USA) : If you choose shipping option "Small-Packet Surface" there is no insurance or tracking and it can take up to 84 business days but is usually to you within 30 days. "Small-Packet Air" also has no insurance or tracking. It is your obligation to choose another shipping option if you want to have a faster shipment with insurance and tracking.
During checkout you can select shipment options and note under each one is written the estimated time. See image blow with the green highlight indicating ETA.
If you order a large canvas print for international, consider getting a "rolled" one instead, as it is crazy expensive to ship stretched internationally.
CANADA & USA ORDERS: The above information is only for international. You will see different options during checkout, but keep in mind for US ORDERS "Small Packet Air" has NO insurance or tracking. Choose "Expedited" if you want insurance and tracking.
FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping applies to orders that are above $150 CAD, after any discounts. This shipping method will be the cheapest shipping method and for small items might not include tracking or insurance. If you want to upgrade for tracking and insurance please email a request.
It does not include any import fees or taxes that you might have to pay upon receiving. If you live in Canada, most items won't incur import fees except Yoga Mats. However from time to time, some apparel items might be shipped from the US or International locations, thus incur taxes upon import.
RETURNS
If damaged, or missing items, please contact me for an exchange, credit or refund. Proof of damage with photo will be required. This is a case by case scenario. Please contact us for further arrangements.
If you're dissatisfied with your product, please contact us to arrange for a refund or exchange.
- Refunds available if returned (post dated) within 15 days of arrival.
- Exchange is available up to 90 days after arrival for most items (15 days for clothing), please contact for more info based on your specific request.
- Exchange only for sale items, and clothing.
- Free shipping for exchange items back to you, except clothing where customer pays shipping both ways. (sorry, profit margins are so small on clothing and not worth doing returns or typical exchanges).
CUSTOM ITEMS
Please take note that my clothing changes in fabric, construction and design variations, thus it might not be the same as what you ordered previously. Also, clothing is typically custom custom-made to order and shipped from a separate manufacturing facility. If you ordered other items like paper prints, the clothing will arrive separately and can take an extra 4 or more days for production and shipping. Yoga Mats, Drawstring backpacks, Totes and other accessories are also typically custom-made to order. If you have questions about your specific order, please feel free to submit an inquiry.
